By submitting any information to NOVOMATIC AFRICA (PTY) LTD: in any form, the Customer/Supplier further acknowledges that such conduct constitutes an unconditional, specific, and voluntary consent to the processing of such information by NOVOMATIC AFRICA (PTY) LTD. under any applicable law in the manner contemplated above, which consent shall, in the absence of any written objection received from the Customer/Supplier, be indefinite and/or for the period otherwise required in terms of any applicable law.
Unless the Customer/Supplier has consented, NOVOMATIC AFRICA (PTY) LTD. will not sell, exchange, transfer, rent, or otherwise make available any personal information about the Customer/Supplier (such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone or fax number) to other parties and the Customer/Supplier indemnifies NOVOMATIC AFRICA (PTY) LTD. from any unintentional disclosures of such information to unauthorized persons.
Should the Customer/Supplier believe that NOVOMATIC AFRICA (PTY) LTD. has utilized the Customer/Supplier’s personal information contrary to the applicable law, the Customer/Supplier shall first resolve any concerns with NOVOMATIC AFRICA (PTY) LTD. If the Customer/Supplier is not satisfied with such process, the Customer/Supplier has the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator, whose details are:
